With over 18 years in the self storage industry, we are a proud family-run company that strives to cultivate a positive and supportive culture. In order to provide an amazing experience that embodies our "clean, safe, and secure" philosophy, our staff is committed to making the customer journey as straightforward and as uncomplicated as possible.

We take great pride in our customer service at Arco's Self Storage and spend a lot of time and effort making sure that our staff truly understands your needs. We work with each individual to identify the ideal response to your circumstance.

Jenny – Facility Manager at Arco’s Storage Stockton

How long have you been a manager with Arco’s Self Storage?
I’ve been with Arco’s for almost a year and a half (time really does fly!)

What do you like the most about being a Self Storage Manager?
I love all of the customers that I interact with on a day-to-day basis and love all of the relationships that I build and seeing how we get to help people during one of the most stressful times in their lives. It can be challenging but extremely rewarding and I wouldn't trade this job for the world. I absolutely adore the people here.

What are your hobbies and/or other interests outside of work?
My hobbies and interests would be drawing, writing, and listening to music. I also love to play Pokémon Go with my fiancé and hang out with my cat.

How long have you been a manager with Arco’s Self Storage?
2 years 

What do you like the most about being a Self Storage Manager?
I love the fact that the company is family-oriented, and we all share the love of our fur babies. I enjoy having our monthly meetings it’s a delight to see all my coworkers that I don't get to see as much as I would like to. I like that with a click of a button I can have a conversation with the owner to talk about concerns or needs of the storage facility. In most companies, I would have to wait a few weeks or so just to be heard. I am so blessed to be involved with such an amazing company and, hopefully, to many more years to come.

What are your hobbies and/or other interests outside of work?
I enjoy doing family activities with my sons I have a soon-to-be 14-year-old son and a 10-year-old son, and they keep me very busy we like to go swimming, and biking, and we also like going to fairs and events.

Morgan – Facility Manager at Arco’s Storage Pioneer

How long have you been a manager with Arco’s Self Storage?
I have been with Arco’s since November of 2021.

What do you like the most about being a Self Storage Manager?
What I like most about being a Self Storage Manager here at Arco’s is the overwhelming support, guidance and encouragement I received from the owners and other storage facility managers when I first started here. Everyone made me feel comfortable and like I was a new member of their loving family. I love that being a storage facility manager challenges me and allows me to strengthen my character and individual abilities. I take great pride in utilizing my customer service skills and building a connection with each and every one of my customers.

What are your hobbies and/or other interests outside of work?
I enjoy watching cooking shows and cooking competitions (wishfully thinking I could cook as they do). Other than enjoying delicious food and watching yummy dishes being cooked, I like to spend time with my family. I have a daughter who will be 6 years old in December who keeps me on my toes at all times. We love to draw, color and play fun games together. It is an amazing life experience to be a mother and to watch her grow. As a family we like to enjoy all the seasons Pioneer has to offer like being outdoors, going to the lakes, camping and going to fun events.

How long have you been a manager with Arco’s Self Storage?
I have been with Arco's Storage about a year and a half, it will be 2 years at the end of March 2023.

What do you like the most about being a Self Storage Manager?
My favorite part about being a Self Storage manager is that I am the floater. I don't stay at 1 store and I love working with other managers to make sure that their facility run smoothly. I also adore being able to make connections with tenants at multiple locations.

What are your hobbies and/or other interests outside of work?
My main hobby that I am very passionate about is learning about different ways of preservation for dead animals. I love studying about taxidermy and I want to make my own swamp booger (Google it) one day. I also find wet specimens fascinating and it's great for preserving animals whose bones are not calcified yet, like those in fetal stage or are in adolescent stages. I find beauty in all stages of life, which include death. It is painful, and very hard to deal with, but there are ways of preserving and respecting that life, and I believe the preservation of remains is a great way of displaying that.

Hiking and music

What do you like the most about being a Self Storage Manager?
The relief my customers get because we made their storing experience smooth and easy.

What are your hobbies and/or other interests outside of work?
Currently, I've been into cooking and exploring new parks with my family every Sunday.

What do you like the most about being a Self Storage Manager?
The freedom that Arcos gives the managers to run the Storage, every day being able to learn something new from and with my coworkers.

What are your hobbies and/or other interests outside of work?
I love to dance, I'm a foodie person, and I love cats and the beach.

What do you like the most about being a Self Storage Manager?
I am a people person, so I enjoy helping customers find the perfect unit for their needs and helping them during stressful times.

What are your hobbies and/or other interests outside of work?
My hobbies consist of spending time with my daughter and husband and we attend our monthly English bulldog meets at Crissy fields in San Francisco.
